Because effective marketing for small and mid-sized businesses isn’t one-size-fits-all. Two businesses may request the same service but require very different levels of strategy, setup, and execution. We price based on total scope, outcomes, and impact, not generic deliverables.

If we haven't created a strategic marketing plan for your business, we'll always include time for research, strategy and planning before getting to work on any marketing services. After that important setup, we can tackle things on your marketing to-do list like website design and management, email marketing, Google PPC ads, or social media marketing. We also always include measurement and reporting for all efforts along the way.

What's the best way to hire marketing help: a one-time project, or a monthly retainer?

If you're deciding between a one-time marketing project, or hiring help on a monthly retainer, consider your internal capacity. Once the one-time project is over, can you or your team continue on the journey yourself? Also, consider your goals: if you're looking for short-term impact for a finite promotion, a one-time project may be perfect for you. But if you want work that builds and compounds over time, perhaps a monthly retainer is the best option.

Is there a minimum commitment for your monthly marketing services?

To really start feeling the relief of a marketing partner that's saving you time and starting to deliver results, we'd recommend a minimum of 6 months for retainer work, but can start off with just 3 months if your budget requires it.

Do I need a strategic marketing plan before starting monthly marketing services?

Ideally, we would love it if we could create a comprehensive plan first that fits all of your marketing efforts into a strategic mix that supports your business goals. But we also understand if focusing on singular efforts better fits your needs and budget. We'll always do some strategy and planning in the beginning of a project or retainer relationship in the absence of a comprehensive plan.
