Reviews help potential customers decide not only where to buy but also what to buy. This template includes a very silly, creative option, along with a more subdued, chill copy, in addition to a starter Mailchimp template that you can import directly into your account. Plus, we share a bunch of other tips along the way like:

• Include links to where you want them to leave reviews: Google, Better Business Bureau, Yelp, or an industry-specific platform.
• Sound like a human, and ask nicely.
• Offer a reward. This doesn’t have to be monetary or product. It can be a coupon or even a fun event or surprise.
• These emails can be sent a couple times a year as part of a generic campaign, or they can be sent automatically as part of your transaction email flow, say, a week after their purchase.
